From the moment Callum walked through the door it was a professional approach, from the valuation right through to the handover day. It was the first house that I have ever sold so I wasn’t too sure how how things worked. Callum valued the house, gave great advice on what easy things to do to the property to gain a sale. Whilst the property needed updating Callum took that into consideration but priced on potential too. I achieved a sale in four weeks. It was very easy and professional, thanks again.
